Water Treatment Systems
We build the electrical, automation and SCADA infrastructure of drinking water and wastewater plants.
Treatment plants must run without interruption, and their measurements bear directly on public health. Our company carries out the design, installation, automation panels, PLC and SCADA software of drinking water and wastewater treatment systems.
Drinking water treatment systems
Process design, electrical and automation installation of drinking water treatment plants. Filter backwash sequences, chlorination dosing control, reservoir level management and pressurised feed to the distribution network.

Wastewater treatment systems
In wastewater treatment plants, booster pumps, pump panels, MCC panels and process control equipment all fall within our scope.
Measurement and dosing equipment
- Dissolved oxygen measurement
- ORP (redox potential) measurement
- Residual chlorine measurement
- Chlorination units and dosing pumps
- Flow meters (electromagnetic / ultrasonic)
- Temperature and level measurement
- pH and turbidity measurement
Pump and booster automation
Sequential operation with even wear (running hour balancing), dry-run protection, drive-controlled operation on pressure and level, automatic start of the standby pump, and alarm notification on fault are all set up as standard.

SCADA and reporting
The whole plant is monitored from a single screen: live measured values on the process flow diagram, equipment states, active alarms and trend graphs. Daily and monthly reporting of discharge values and consumption keeps the records that inspections require ready at hand.
Remote monitoring: At points such as booster stations where staff are not permanently present, we build arrangements that send a notification to a phone when a fault occurs and allow remote intervention.
Your plant's electrical backbone is not a job to hand over lightly
